Over his 30+ year career at Chubb, he has held numerous underwriting, marketing, and branch management positions across numerous geographies, including home office and international assignments.   Since 2016, Kurt has led the San Francisco branch of Chubb, a $750M+ premium operation with over 125 professionals serving agents and brokers in San Francisco and throughout the Pacific North.

In addition to his employment at Chubb, Kurt serves the industry as the board chair of the  Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, Western Region and Vice Chairperson of the Nevada Insurance Guaranty Association.  He is also on the Advisory Board of The Beat Within, a nonprofit that conducts writing workshops for incarcerated youth in many cities in the United States.

Kurt holds an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and a BS in business administration from San Diego State University.  In his spare time, Kurt enjoys travelling, golf, yoga, gardening and reading.
