As Chubb’s Pacific Regional Claim Executive, I am the lead point of contact for managing claim relationships with Chubb's Pacific Region agents, brokers and customers. I have worked in the insurance industry for 31 years, proudly serving 18 of those years with Chubb. I am a seasoned insurance leader with a career spanning claims business consultation and workers’ compensation claims before moving into my current role in 2019. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. I obtained my Associate in Risk Management, Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Certificate, a graduate from UCLA’s Latino Leadership Program and designated as a Certified CA Workers Compensation Adjuster. I also served as Chair of the Chubb Claims Diversity Council.
