I've worked in the insurance industry for a total of 7 years, all at Chubb. I began as a trainee on the Medical Risk team in San Francisco before taking time off to attend graduate school. I completed my Masters in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, a graduate school of Middlebury College. I then returned to Chubb where I am currently a senior underwriter on the financial lines private and non-profit team in SF. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, I completed a BA in Political Science from Samford University where also played varsity football. I then served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Jamaica where I taught English literacy to children ages 5-12 for 2+ years.
