The 2021 IICF International Inclusion in Insurance Forum gathered more than 600 women and men virtually from eight countries for three days of growth, exploration and forging new pathways toward a fully inclusive future for the insurance industry. This year’s event focused on advancing ideas into action, with conversations on how to promote and develop diversity and inclusion, innovation and wellness initiatives while mobilizing the industry as a positive force for the future of work and society.

Maggie Doyne shares her journey from the suburbs of New Jersey to building the Kopila Valley Children's Home in Surkhet, Nepal. At the age of 18, Maggie used what she had, $20 at a time, to change the lives of children in war-torn Nepal.

As part of our ongoing Dialogue for Diversity series, IICF is excited to bring you Connecting Talent with Opportunity: Apprenticeship Programs on January 13, 2022, a special webcast for our community. Since 2017, the Chicago Apprentice Network has grown from three founding companies – Accenture, Aon and Zurich North America – to more than 50 companies across multiple industries. Expansion is also taking place in other communities. This special one-hour event features a panel of experienced program managers and a new adopter of the Apprenticeship Program sharing insight on how to establish and build a successful program. You can expect to hear authentic testimonials from apprenticeship program graduates now working for Aon and Zurich, along with feedback from a hiring manager.
