Bio
Kelli Kresowski initially joined AmRisc as a Team Manager and Senior Vice President in 2007, taking on the role of Online Program Manager in 2020. Located in the Houston office, she is responsible for managing the AmRisc Online Team and product. Insurance is a relationship business, and Kelli leads a team that strives to build and enhance AmRisc’s relationships with producers, create a world-class online experience, and provide the kind of proactive customer service that keeps partners engaged. Kelli began her insurance career as an Underwriter Assistant with U.S. Aviation Underwriters in 1999. She discovered a natural affinity for the industry and after 3 years, began looking for a new challenge, ultimately deciding to move from Toledo, Ohio, to Houston, Texas where she started out processing Builders Risk Reports for Hotchkiss Insurance Agency. After 2 years, Kelli became an Account Manager. Two years later, she transitioned to Gallagher Healthcare as an Assistant Account Manager responsible for writing Medical Malpractice for Texas OBGYNs. In 2006, Aon hired Kelli as part of a large group of Account Specialists, but a year later the service center closed and Kelli joined the AmRisc team. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Kelli’s ability to lead well out of her sincere passion for AmRisc Online, and Kelli has enjoyed watching the product and team grow. She looks forward to assisting with the AmRisc Online rebuild and collaborating with a team that is happy and productive. Kelli, her husband Michael, sons Tyler and Jackson, and beloved Doberman, Stella, call the Houston area home. Outside the office, you’ll often find Kelli enjoying a run or cheering the kids on at school and sporting events. Kelli also serves on the Advisory Board for the Houston Chapter of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) and co-leads the Child Welfare Pillar for AmRisc’s Community Outreach program.
